This policy explains what personal data Tbilisi Central School of Foreign Languages – TCS LLC ("TCS", "we") collects on https://tcs.ge, how we use it, and how you can have it deleted.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
a) When you log in with Facebook, we receive only:
– your Facebook user ID;
– your first and last name;
– your profile picture;
– your email address (if you allow it).
We never receive your password, friend list or posts, and we never post anything on your behalf.
b) When you take the online test, we store your answers and test results.
c) When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message.
d) The website uses cookies for your session (e.g. selected language and login) and Google Tag Manager for general, anonymous visit statistics.

3. How we use your data
– to create your account and log you in;
– to show your name and picture on the website;
– to run the online test and keep your results;
– to reply to your questions.
We do not use data received from Facebook for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Who we share data with
Data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, Proservice LLC (Georgia), which stores it only on our behalf. We disclose data to anyone else only when required by Georgian law, in response to a lawful request from a competent authority.

5. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your data at any time:
– Email info@tcs.ge with the subject "Data deletion" and include the name and email address you used to log in.
– Within 30 days of your request we will delete all data received from Facebook (user ID, name, picture, email). Test results may be kept only in anonymous form that can no longer identify you.
– You can also remove the website's access in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Tcs-app → Remove.

7. Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to know what data we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, email info@tcs.ge.

8. Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Only authorized TCS staff have access to user data.

9. Age
Facebook Login is available only to people allowed to have a Facebook account under Facebook's rules (13 years or older).

10. Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
